E3 2019 is upon us and the first day of press conferences is over. Microsoft and Bethesda both showed up with some pleasant surprises which were simultaneously overshadowed by the things that were missing and the relentless wave of marketing speak that left us scratching our heads. The day was telling to be sure but it featured some truly surprising cameos and some a few super exciting new IPs that have our undivided attention.
